The Sports Wellness Summit 2025 is a groundbreaking 3-day event uniting athletes, coaches, health experts, policymakers, and leaders. Hosted by YIDP, we’re tackling the critical intersection of sports with mental health, physical wellbeing, climate resilience, and community development across Africa.

Why Now? African athletes face mounting challenges: limited mental health support, inadequate infrastructure, rising injuries, and climate disruptions. This summit puts wellness front and centre, sparking vital conversations to build a stronger, more resilient sporting ecosystem.
